  • Using your clinical expertise to assess donor health and safety criteria
  • Ensuring safe and efficient blood donation sessions
  • Maintaining team competency and skills
  • Adapting communication for difficult conversations
  • Supporting your professional development

Hours are shift-based, typically 5 days per week, with early and late shifts. Weekend and bank holiday work are required, but no night shifts are scheduled.

About You

You should demonstrate leadership, support professional development, understand clinical audit and research, and be familiar with IT tools like handheld devices and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications include being a Registered Nurse with current NMC registration and holding a full UK driving license.
