Job Opportunity: Senior Nurse (Band 6) - Ward 5

We are seeking a dedicated Senior Nurse to join our team on Ward 5 at Moseley Hall Hospital. This is a full-time, 3-month fixed-term/secondment position in a 26-bed ward providing sub-acute rehabilitation care.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead safe and effective shifts, providing guidance to Registered Nurses, Nursing Associates, Trainee Nursing Associates, Student Nurses, and Healthcare Assistants.
2. Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team (MDT) to ensure comprehensive patient care.
3. Manage team performance, including appraisals (PDRs), mandatory training, and sickness management.
4. Improve compliance and clinical audit results.
5. Hold hospital bleep during day or night shifts, requiring flexibility in shift patterns.
