A leading healthcare provider is seeking a Band 6 Nurse to join their dynamic team in acute medicine. The role emphasizes evidence-based nursing, supporting operational management, and a commitment to high-quality patient care. Ideal candidates will have substantial post-registration experience, strong leadership qualities, and the ability to thrive in high-pressure environments.
We currently have an exciting opportunity for aBand 6 Nurse to support in the delivery of safe, effective and evidenced based nursing care within this fast paced, dynamic and challenging area of acute medicine. The post holder will facilitate and supervise safe and effective care whilst supporting the ward manager in delivering day to day operational management of the unitand ensure safe nursing outcomes and key performance objectives are met.
Main duties of the job
To work as senior nurse supporting the delivery of safe, evidenced based nursing care within CDU; and supporting the ward manager in the delivery of key performance and quality measures.
