Job Description:

SISS Station Systems Technician - Level 4 based in Lincoln, United Kingdom (On-site).

Join Telent's Engineering Team to innovate and develop solutions, working with technical experts to make a significant impact on critical infrastructure. This role involves planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs on CCTV, CIS, PA, and SISS (Station Information and Security Systems).

The position is permanent night shift, Sunday to Thursday, 10pm to 6am, based at our Pirin Court Depot near Canning Town.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist qualified technicians with fault rectification on CCTV, PAVA, PHP, and CIS screens.
2. Perform planned, remedial, and corrective maintenance tasks.
3. Maintain SISS assets and report/stamp station communication faults.
4. Use field IT equipment for real-time maintenance data.
5. Coordinate with Telent Service Centre for task updates and completions.

Candidate Profile:

This entry-level role suits hands-on individuals who enjoy multi-tasking and learning. Experience in a similar role or knowledge of Network Rail health & safety procedures is advantageous.

Requirements:

• Background in CCTV, IP networking, or electrical systems.
• Proficiency with O365 and IT awareness.
• Problem-solving and fault-finding skills.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Willingness to work nights at Pirin Court Service Centre.
