SISS Station Systems Technician - Level 4 (On-site, London, United Kingdom)

Join our Engineering Team at Telent to innovate and develop solutions, working alongside technical experts. Be part of a high-performing team handling complex, critical work that supports the nation's infrastructure.

Reporting to the Duty Manager, your responsibilities include planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs on CCTV, CIS, PA, and SISS (Station Information and Security Systems). The role involves working permanent nights from Sunday to Thursday, 10 pm to 6 am, based at our Pirin Court Depot near Canning Town.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist qualified technicians with fault rectification on CCTV, PAVA, PHP, and CIS screens
• Perform planned, remedial, and corrective maintenance tasks
• Maintain SISS assets and report station communication faults
• Utilize field IT equipment for real-time maintenance data
• Liaise with Telent Service Centre for tasking and fault updates

Candidate Profile:

This entry-level role is suitable for hands-on individuals who enjoy multi-tasking and learning. Experience in a similar role or understanding of Network Rail health & safety procedures is advantageous.

Requirements:

• CCTV, IP networking, or electrical background
