SISS Station Systems Technician - Level 4 London, United Kingdom (On-site)

Join our Engineering Team at Telent to innovate and develop solutions, working closely with technical experts committed to impactful work. Be part of a high-performing team managing complex infrastructure.

Reporting to the Duty Manager, the Station Systems Technician will perform planned preventative maintenance and assist with reactive maintenance on CCTV, CIS, PA, SISS (Station Information and Security Systems). The role involves working permanent nights from Sunday to Thursday, 10pm to 6am, at our Pirin Court Depot near Canning Town.

Responsibilities:

• Assist qualified technicians with fault rectification on CCTV, PAVA, PHP, and CIS screens
• Attend planned and remedial maintenance tasks
• Maintain SISS assets and report station communication faults
• Use field IT equipment for maintenance data
• Liaise with Telent Service Centre for fault updates and tasking

Candidate Profile:

This entry-level role suits hands-on individuals who enjoy multitasking and learning. Experience in a similar role or understanding of Network Rail safety procedures is desirable.

Key Requirements:

• CCTV, IP networking, or electrical background
• Understanding of O365 and IT awareness
• Problem-solving skills
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Availability to work nights from Pirin Court Service Centre
