Job Description:

SISS Station Systems Technician - Level 4 (On-site, London, UK)

Join Telent's Engineering Team and be part of a high-performing group working on complex, critical infrastructure. You will contribute to maintaining and enhancing the nation's vital systems.

Reporting to the Duty Manager, the successful candidate will perform preventative and reactive maintenance on CCTV, CIS, PA, and SISS (Station Information and Security Systems). The role involves working permanent nights from Sunday to Thursday, 10 pm to 6 am, at our Pirin Court Depot near Canning Town.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist qualified technicians in fault rectification on CCTV, PAVA, PHP, and CIS screens
• Attend planned, remedial, and corrective maintenance tasks
• Maintain SISS assets and report station communication faults
• Utilize field IT equipment for real-time maintenance data
• Coordinate with Telent Service Centre for task updates and fault resolutions

Candidate Profile:

This entry-level role is ideal for hands-on individuals who enjoy multitasking and learning. Experience in a similar role or understanding of Network Rail health & safety procedures is advantageous.

Key Requirements:

• CCTV, IP networking, or electrical background
• Proficiency with O365 and IT awareness
