Job summary

Morris Sinclair Recruitment is seeking a Pension Transfers Specialist to deliver first-class client service across a comprehensive product suite. You will perform robust analytical and operational support, ensuring regulatory compliance and process efficiencies within finance infrastructure context.

You will collaborate with financial advisers, end consumers, and internal teams including Product, Technology, and Pensions to drive KPI gains and auditable governance across transfer activities.

Qualifications

• Experience managing ISA, GIA, and SIPP transfers within a wealth platform or financial services.
• Knowledge of transfer rules, re-registration, and cash transfer processes.
• Proven ability to implement operational improvements and controls.

Responsibilities

• Process full and partial transfers across ISA, GIA, SIPP with accuracy and SLAs.
• Handle valuations, eligibility checks, and transfer instructions across systems.
• Monitor transfer progress and liaise with custodians, managers, and advisers.
• Resolve queries with clear, timely communication and governance.
• Support European stock transfers and other complex cases as needed.
