Job summary

7IM in Greater London is looking for a candidate to provide administrative support to the SIPP team. This role involves onboarding and monitoring SIPP operations ensuring compliance with all guidelines.

The ideal candidate will have relevant experience and strong communication skills, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail. Additionally, an understanding of industry regulations like MiFID II is preferred. A flexible approach to working hours and duties is essential.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of Pension and SIPP experience is desirable.
• Experience of payroll processing preferred.
• Strong knowledge of client account records, including AML client ID guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Process and check all SIPP client onboarding to ensure compliance.
• Maintain client, portfolio and account data in systems accurately.
• Monitor benefit requests and ensure payroll is met.

CII certificate in pensions administration (FA2)
