Job summary

Benchmark Capital Limited is seeking a Pensions Administrator to join its Operations team in Horsham. You will manage the administration of the Fusion Wealth SIPP and contribute to delivering excellent service to advisers and clients.

The role requires pensions administration experience, knowledge of SIPPs, and strong attention to detail within a regulated financial services environment.

Qualifications

• We are particularly interested in candidates with proven pensions administration experience.
• Previous experience in a pensions administration role is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of SIPPs, personal pensions or broader pension products is beneficial.
• Experience in financial services within a regulated environment is valued.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy is essential.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills are required.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and communicate clearly.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word and Outlook, is expected.
• A proactive approach to problem solving and process improvement is desired.

Responsibilities

• Processing pension administration activities across the SIPP lifecycle.
• Managing client onboarding and account establishment.
• Processing contributions, transfers and benefit payments.
• Maintaining accurate client records and data.
• Handling adviser and client queries with high service levels.
• Identifying and resolving administrative issues.
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements.
• Building and maintaining strong knowledge of pensions and platform operations.
• Collaborating with colleagues across the business to support client outcomes.
