Job summary

Benchmark Capital Limited is seeking a Pensions Administrator to join our growing Operations team in Horsham. This full-time role focuses on the management and administration of the Fusion Wealth SIPP, delivering accurate service to advisers and clients.

You will work as part of a collaborative team, handling onboarding, contributions, transfers and payments, while maintaining high data integrity and aligning with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Proven pensions administration experience.
• Knowledge of SIPPs or broader pension products.
• Experience in a regulated financial services environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Proactive approach to problem solving and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Processing pension administration activities across the SIPP lifecycle.
• Managing client onboarding and account establishment.
• Processing contributions, transfers and benefit payments.
• Maintaining accurate client records and data.
• Handling adviser and client queries, delivering high levels of service.
• Identifying and resolving administrative issues.
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements.
• Building and maintaining strong knowledge of pensions and platform operations.
• Working closely with colleagues across the wider business to support client outcomes.
