Smith+ Nephew is seeking a strategic SIOP Lead to partner with senior leaders across Commercial, Finance and Operations. You will lead a small team, drive end-to-end SIOP processes, and ensure execution aligns with strategic priorities in a global manufacturing setting.

The role requires strong analytical, communication and presentation skills, with experience in demand planning and a track record of influencing senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Degree-level education in Supply Chain, Operations, or Business.
• Proven experience in SIOP/S&OP, demand planning, and/or PLM in a global organization.
• Prior line management experience leading small teams.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and challenge at senior leadership level across matrix organisations.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using data to support business decisions and recommendations.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Confidence making decisions and managing through evolving priorities.
• Medical device/regulated industry experience will be advantageous.

Responsabilités

As SIOP Lead, you'll work closely with senior leaders across Commercial, Finance and Operations to drive alignment, support decision making and ensure the business remains focused on its strategic priorities. You will lead a small team and partner closely with senior leaders across the business. Success in this role comes from your ability to influence, communicate and bring structure to complexity, helping the organisation make informed decisions and execute with confidence. What will you be doing?

Responsibilities
