Smith+Nephew is seeking a Senior SIOP Lead to guide demand planning and alignment across Commercial, Finance, and Operations. You will lead a small team, influence senior stakeholders, and drive transformational initiatives to improve organisational performance.

The role requires strong analytical, communication, and change-management capabilities, with experience in a regulated medical device environment being advantageous.

Qualifications

• Degree-level education in Supply Chain, Operations, or Business.
• Proven experience in SIOP/S&OP, demand planning, and/or PLM in a global organization.
• Prior line management experience leading small teams.
• Strong stakeholder management with senior leadership level across matrix organisations.
• Strong analytical and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Leading and developing a small team while supporting them through organisational change and transformation.
• Driving the SIOP process across the AWM business, ensuring Commercial, Finance and Operations remain aligned on priorities and actions.
• Partnering with senior stakeholders to facilitate decision making and keep key initiatives on track.
• Preparing and presenting business insights, recommendations and executive level materials to support leadership discussions.
• Overseeing demand planning activities while maintaining a broader focus on business alignment and execution.
• Supporting business planning activities and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance organisational performance.
