Job summary

MBDA UK in Stevenage is seeking a Simulation and Modelling Engineer to develop and validate high‑fidelity models that drive our missile systems from development to field deployment. You will build models in MATLAB and Simulink and collaborate with systems teams to integrate simulations early in the design process.

You will tune models using real data, grow under senior engineers, and gain exposure to broader projects.

Qualifications

• Degree‑level understanding of dynamic systems or mathematical modelling.
• Experience with modelling languages or tools.
• Familiarity with version control tools (Git/EWM).

Responsibilities

• Develop and validate high‑fidelity models using MATLAB and Simulink.
• Partner with systems teams to bring simulations to life and find flaws in a design.
• Use real‑life data to tune and refine models.
• Grow under mentorship to take on larger, more challenging projects.
