Our Team: Welcome to the Audi F1 Project.
Audi will be competing in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship from 2026.
The new team has three locations: The Motorsport Competence Center of Audi in Neuburg (Germany), considered one of the most modern of its kind in Europe; the Sauber Group's Formula 1 factory in Hinwil (Switzerland), known for its innovative technologies; and the Sauber Motorsport Technical Center in the UK, which will be operational this year. Our Power Unit comes from Neuburg, while Hinwil is responsible for chassis development and race operations.

The position for the Audi F1 Project is to be filled at Audi Formula Racing GmbH in Neuburg (Germany).
As a development engineer for powertrain simulation in the context of the complete vehicle, you will contribute significantly to the success of the project and set the development direction for various subdivisions/specialist departments. You will be involved in maximizing the performance of one of the most powerful and efficient hybrid drivetrains in the highly competitive environment of Formula 1.
This position is available starting January 1, 2026.
