Welcome to the Audi F1 Project.
Audi will be competing in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship from 2026.
The new team has three locations: the Motorsport Competence Center of Audi in Neuburg (Germany), the Sauber Group's Formula 1 factory in Hinwil (Switzerland), and the Sauber Motorsport Technical Center in the UK, which will be operational this year. Our Power Unit is developed in Neuburg, while Hinwil focuses on chassis and race operations.

The position for the Audi F1 Project is based at Audi Formula Racing GmbH in Neuburg (Germany).
As a development engineer for powertrain simulation in the context of the complete vehicle, you will contribute significantly to the project's success and set the development direction for various subdivisions and departments. You will be involved in maximizing the performance of one of the most powerful and efficient hybrid drivetrains in the competitive environment of Formula 1.
This position is available starting January 1, 2026.
