Our Team: Welcome to the Audi F1 Project.
Audi will be competing in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship from 2026.
The new team has three locations: the Motorsport Competence Center of Audi in Neuburg (Germany), the Sauber Group's Formula 1 factory in Hinwil (Switzerland), and the Sauber Motorsport Technical Center in the UK. Our Power Unit is developed in Neuburg, while Hinwil focuses on chassis and race operations.

The position for the Audi F1 Project is based at Audi Formula Racing GmbH in Neuburg, Germany.
As a development engineer for powertrain simulation within the complete vehicle context, you will significantly contribute to the project's success and guide development across departments. You will focus on maximizing performance of one of the most powerful and efficient hybrid drivetrains in Formula 1.
This position is available starting January 1, 2026.
