Welcome to the Audi F1 Project.
Audi will be competing in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship from 2026.
The new team has three locations: the Motorsport Competence Center of Audi in Neuburg (Germany), considered one of the most modern of its kind in Europe; the Sauber Group's Formula 1 factory in Hinwil (Switzerland), known for innovative technologies; and the Sauber Motorsport Technical Center in the UK, which will be operational this year. Our Power Unit is developed in Neuburg, while Hinwil focuses on chassis and race operations.

The position is based at Audi Formula Racing GmbH in Neuburg, Germany.
As a development engineer for powertrain simulation within the complete vehicle context, you will significantly influence the project’s success and guide the development of various subdivisions. Your focus will be on maximizing the performance of one of the most powerful and efficient hybrid drivetrains in Formula 1.
This position is available from January 1, 2026.
