We have a brand-new opportunity for a Simulation & Analysis Product Lead to join our Digital team, part of our Product and Innovation group. It's an exciting time to join our team. We’re on a mission to transform the way the industry delivers and maintains urban environments that work for people and planet, starting with our own business, and we’re starting to build momentum.
We’ve developed a bespoke web-based platform called Origin, designed to enable engineers and consultants to make smarter decisions using data and insights. This means gathering, using and reusing both project design data and real-world building performance data from start to finish.

We are seeking a Product Lead for Simulation & Analysis with a broad background in building physics and simulation, as well as machine learning, analysis, data science and research. Bringing your experience with computation and machine learning in the field of architecture, engineering or construction, as well as digital product management, you will play a crucial role in transforming the firm’s approach to solving some of our clients’ greatest challenges.
You will play a key role in developing a collection of computational, Machine Learning and AI-focused features for our Origin platform, working with stakeholders to prioritise features, and collaborating with software developers in the team to deliver and deploy those features. Your work will be integral to creating an ecosystem that harnesses the full range of specialist expertise within Hoare Lea.
Collaborating with the Director for AI, you will lead the firm’s efforts to harness Machine Learning and AI to deliver advancements in computation and engineering. Leading the research of generative AI advancements with the wider Digital team, you will be integral to driving the evolution of the Digital and AI capabilities of the firm.
