• Deep command of ATE platforms and test program development.
• Solid grasp of manufacturing economics and testing methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Silicon Product Engineering and Bristol Lab functions.
• Define and own the product engineering roadmap across all silicon programs.
• Build and mentor a multidisciplinary team of engineers.

Skills

Leadership experience in semiconductor environments

Technical background in silicon product engineering

Budget management and commercial negotiation skills

Knowledge of ATE platforms and test program development

Strong understanding of reliability physics
