Axelera in Bristol is looking for a Director of Silicon Product Engineering to lead engineering and lab functions through production. In this senior role, you will define the engineering roadmap and mentor a multidisciplinary team while managing critical partnerships in the industry.

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in engineering with experience in managing budgets and leading teams in fast-moving environments. A commitment to innovation and excellence is key as we grow.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of leading and scaling technical teams.
• Experience managing OSAT and foundry relationships.
• Strong executive communication skills.
• Experience with automotive or datacentre qualification standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Silicon Product Engineering and Bristol Lab functions.
• Define and own the product engineering roadmap.
• Own strategic relationships with OSATs and foundries.
• Build, lead, and mentor a multidisciplinary team.
