Axelera AI is looking for an engineering leader to establish and run its AI Infrastructure Systems division. This role focuses on delivering next-generation accelerator silicon into data center-class products.

You will build a team, shape the tech roadmap, and own delivery for strategic programs. Experience in hardware engineering, leadership, and datacenter systems is essential. The role offers flexible working arrangements and a dynamic organizational culture that promotes creativity and innovation.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in hardware engineering for complex electronic products.
• 5 years in senior leadership roles with multidisciplinary teams.
• Proven track record of shipping data center-class hardware.

Responsibilities

• Build the Infrastructure Systems engineering team from the ground up.
• Define technical roadmaps for board- and system-level products.
• Own execution from concept through to mass-production readiness.
