Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience in signalling maintenance, faulting and inspection.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Experience with NR/L3/SIG/10663 and NR/L3/SIG/11231 standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and organise day-to-day team activities and workload.
• Promote a strong safety culture and safe systems of work.
• Oversee signalling inspection, faulting, maintenance and renewal.
• Ensure work meets required standards, procedures and quality controls.
• Manage team competence, performance and development.
• Ensure vehicles, tools, plant and equipment are safe and fit for purpose.
• Produce operational and compliance reports.
• Work hands-on with the team when required.
