Job summary

012 Morgans Consult is seeking an Installation Manager to lead end-to-end signage installation projects. The role covers client liaison, coordination with fitters and sub-contractors, and ownership of installation delivery from planning through to completion.

You will manage both in-house teams and subcontractors, ensuring high safety standards, quality, productivity and customer satisfaction across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Experience in project/installation management in signage.
• Strong leadership and team-motivating abilities.
• Proven ability to manage both in-house and sub-contractors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end installation projects and ensure on-time delivery.
• Act as main client contact during installation phase and build relationships.
• Coordinate with fitters, sub-contractors and other departments.
• Lead and develop in-house installation teams and ensure safety.
• Manage RAMS, health and safety, and site inductions.
• Monitor subcontractor performance and approve invoices.
• Plan holidays, rotas and overtime to meet deadlines.
• Collaborate with design and production to optimise processes.
