Job summary

Future Recruitment Ltd. is assisting a well-established signage manufacturer in recruiting a Sign Project Manager. You will oversee multiple national projects, coordinating clients, suppliers and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery, budget compliance and high quality standards.

You will conduct site surveys, produce reports and manage schedules, while maintaining strong relationships with prestigious customers across the UK. A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Project Manager within the signage industry is essential.
• Strong technical knowledge of a wide range of signage products and manufacturing processes.
• Experience carrying out site surveys independently.
• Ability to manage multiple fast-paced projects simultaneously.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Strong commercial awareness and problem-solving ability.
• Confident communicating with clients, suppliers and internal departments.
• Good understanding of installation methods and materials.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Willingness to travel across the UK when required.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple signage projects from enquiry through to installation and completion.
• Act as the main point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Carry out site surveys, take accurate measurements and assess installation requirements.
• Produce survey reports and ensure all technical information is communicated effectively.
• Liaise with design, estimating, production and installation teams to ensure projects run smoothly.
• Plan project schedules and monitor progress against agreed timescales.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and installation teams where required.
• Attend client meetings and provide regular project updates.
• Identify and resolve any project issues quickly and efficiently.
• Ensure projects remain within budget while maintaining quality standards.
• Ensure all works comply with Health & Safety legislation and company procedures.
• Conduct site visits during installations where necessary.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with customers through excellent communication and service.
