Job summary

MS-Group Limited in the United Kingdom seeks an Installation Manager to oversee end-to-end signage installation projects, coordinating local and large-scale works to meet specifications and customer expectations.

You will manage schedules, crews, sub-contractors, RAMS and safety, while leading in-house and sub-contractor teams to deliver high quality results and maintain strong client relationships throughout projects.

Qualifications

• Desirable qualification in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
• Extensive knowledge of the signage industry and installation techniques.
• Experience managing both in-house and sub-contractor installation teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end installation projects for signage, ensuring timely completion to spec.
• Plan schedules, allocate crews, sub-contractors, vehicles and access equipment.
• Lead safety, RAMS, site inductions and compliance across sites.
• Coordinate with principal contractors and building managers for access and programme requirements.
• Manage in-house installation teams and sub-contractors, setting daily/weekly expectations and monitoring performance.
• Drive client communication, project ownership and post-installation sign-off.
