Job summary

Horizon Parking Ltd is expanding and recruiting a Signage Coordinator to manage and sign off all car park signage across nationwide installations. The role requires ownership of the central signage catalogue, close collaboration with Project Delivery Managers, Legal teams and suppliers, and strict adherence to BPA Code of Practice and contractual standards.

The successful candidate will ensure accurate wording, correct material specifications, and timely delivery of compliant signage, while

Qualifications

• Experience in signage, print, POS, compliance administration.

Responsibilities

• Review installation briefs to determine exact sign types, fixings, dimensions and overlays.
• Review and sign off supplier production proofs before manufacturing begins.
• Own and maintain the central signage catalogue and version histories.
• Collaborate with Project Delivery Managers, Legal teams and suppliers to ensure compliant, on-time signage.
• Conduct multi-stage checks to prevent errors and ensure accuracy against site plans.
• Keep auditable records of signage projects and costs; minimise waste and lead times.
