Stafforce Recruitment are seeking an experienced Sign Maker to join a busy Hull workshop on a temporary-to-permanent basis. You will produce high-quality bespoke signage, cut and apply vinyl, and assemble items such as tray signs, built-up letters and panels, working with metal and plastic materials.

The role requires at least 2 years in sign making, strong technical drawing interpretation, and a proactive, detail-focused approach to ensure on-time delivery and excellent finishes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' sign making experience.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and job specs.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.
• Good communication and teamwork.

Responsabilités

• Vinyl cutting, weeding and application for signage.
• Manufacture and assemble bespoke signage (tray signs, built-up letters, panels, vinyl graphics).
• Work with aluminium, acrylic, Foamex, composites, wood and metal.
• Operate workshop machinery and hand tools safely.
• Interpret job specifications and drawings, perform quality checks.
• Maintain clean, safe work environment and support production targets.
