Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd in Bridgwater is seeking a Controls Engineer to design, build, and commission machinery to customer specifications, with hybrid working and on-site presence a few days per week.

You will write code for new build machines from scratch, support commissioning, and perform ongoing fault finding and maintenance. Siemens PLC expertise and motion control knowledge are essential, with offline programming a bonus.

Qualifications

• Experience with Siemens Control Systems.
• Knowledge of Motion Control.
• Offline programming would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Work in a team to complete machine builds to customer specifications.
• Hybrid working with a few days a week in the Bridgwater office.
• Initial design and build, commissioning and ongoing support.
