Job summary

Workforce Staffing in Havant is seeking an experienced CNC Turner Programmer to join a precise engineering environment. The role covers programming, setting and operating Siemens-controlled 2–3 axis CNC turning machines on small to large bespoke components.

You will work from drawings, meet tight tolerances and select tooling to optimise processes, machining materials from titanium to plastics. 37.5 hours, Monday–Friday with flextime, pay £18-£22 per hour.

Qualifications

• Previous CNC Turning / Programming experience.
• Siemens control experience.
• Able to read engineering drawings.
• Good knowledge of tooling and machining processes.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.

Responsibilities

• Programme, set and operate CNC turning machines.
• Work from engineering drawings and specifications.
• Produce one-off and small-batch components.
• Work to tight tolerances and quality standards.
• Select tooling and optimise machining processes.
• Machine a variety of materials including titanium, stainless steel and plastics.
