Workforce Staffing Ltd in Romsey is seeking an experienced CNC Turner/Programmer to join a precision engineering team on a permanent basis. You will program, set and operate turning machines and work from engineering drawings to produce tight-tolerance components.

The role involves tooling setups, offsets, and quality checks, contributing to a skilled, long-established engineering environment with aerospace/O&G/marine sector experience valued.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as CNC Turner.
• Strong programming and setting experience.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Experience producing precision, tight-tolerance components.
• Good understanding of tooling, cutting conditions and machining processes.
• Fanuc programming experience would be beneficial.

CNC Turner – Programmer

Location: Romsey, Hampshire

Salary: £38,000-£40,000 DOE

Hours: 39 hours per week Monday–Thursday: 7:30am–4:30pm Friday: 7:30am–12:30pm

We are recruiting for an established precision engineering business with a long-standing reputation supplying high-quality components to demanding sectors including Aerospace, Oil & Gas and Marine.

The business is looking for an experienced CNC Turner / Programmer to join their team on a permanent basis.
