Job summary

Haven is seeking a Security Team Member in Wyke Regis to help maintain a safe and secure environment for guests, owners and staff. The role covers 24-hour security operations with a focus on guest services and vigilance.

The successful candidate will hold a valid SIA Door Supervisor license and bring experience from hospitality or security, with excellent communication and flexibility to work nights, weekends and bank holidays. Competitive benefits and supportive training are offered.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol the holiday park to ensure safety and security for guests, owners and team.
• Assist in managing park access, ensuring only authorised individuals are permitted on site.
• Respond promptly and professionally to security incidents, alarms or guest concerns.
• Maintain detailed and accurate incident records and report to management.
• Provide friendly and helpful guest experiences and assist with information requests.
• Collaborate with other team members and park functions to create a safe environment.
