Job summary

Haven is seeking a Security Team Member to help keep our guests, owners and team safe across our holiday parks in the UK. The role requires an SIA Door Supervisor license and involves monitoring, patrols, and friendly guest service.

You’ll join a 24-hour security operation with shifts including nights, weekends and bank holidays, and you’ll have access to comprehensive training and progression opportunities. Haven offers inclusive benefits and staff discounts.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid SIA Door Supervisor (DS) license.
• Experience in hospitality or leisure security is a plus.
• Strong communication and calm professionalism in challenging situations.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and bank holidays.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol the park to ensure safety for guests, owners and team.
• Manage park access to authorised individuals.
• Respond to security incidents, alarms, or guest concerns promptly.
• Maintain records of incidents and report to management.
• Assist guests with information and provide a friendly service.
• Collaborate with other park teams to maintain a safe environment.

Pay Rates: £13.71 per hour

Join our One Great Team here at Haven as a Security Team Member, where you’ll be maintaining a safe & secure environment for our guests, owners and team. We are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic SIA Door Supervisor (DS) licensed Security Team Member to join our fun and welcoming facilities team at Haven! As part of our 24-hour security operation, you’ll be at the heart of creating a safe, relaxed, and enjoyable atmosphere for our guests and team members. Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol the holiday park to always ensure safety and security to our guests, owners and team.
• Assist in the management of park access, ensuring only authorised individuals and guests or owners are permitted on site.
• Respond promptly and professionally to any security-related incidents, such as medical emergencies, alarms, or guest concerns.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of incidents, reporting to management as required.
• Provide friendly and helpful guest experiences, assisting with information on guest queries.
• Collaborate with other team members and park functions to create a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone.

Requirements

• Must hold a valid SIA Door Supervisor (DS) license.
• Previous experience in a security role, preferably within the hospitality or leisure industry, is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.
• High attention to detail and excellent observational skills.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and bank holidays.
• Commitment to delivering excellent service in line with Haven's values.
