Job summary

Corps Security is seeking a highly capable SIA licensed Security Supervisor to oversee a security team on a major client site in the UK. You will manage daily operations, ensure compliance with instructions and policies, and maintain a high level of security presence.

You will monitor systems, report on performance, mentor staff, and liaise with emergency services during incidents. A full UK driving licence and BS7858 vetting readiness are required.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and a strong customer focus.
• Valid SIA Front-Line License is essential.
• Valid SIA CCTV License is desirable.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships at all levels.
• Ability to meet deadlines, multitask and work under pressure.
• Strong IT skills including Excel and other Microsoft packages.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Able to achieve BS7858 vetting standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily security team operations and ensure tasks are completed.
• Monitor surveillance, alarms, and respond to incidents promptly.
• Lead, manage, and develop direct reports including appraisals.
• Prepare timely reports and KPI documentation.
• Monitor site activities of staff and contractors and record method statements.
• Liaise with law enforcement and emergency services during incidents.
• Inspect security equipment regularly and ensure proper function.
• Investigate incidents and prepare improvement reports.
• Coordinate security with events, facilities, and safety on site.
• Support deployment of new security measures and trends.
