Job summary

Corps Security in the United Kingdom is seeking a highly skilled SIA Licensed Security Supervisor to oversee the security function on a key client site in Telford. You will manage daily operations, guide the team, and ensure adherence to assignments and SOPs while maintaining a high level of professionalism and security presence.

You will work 42 hours per week on a 4-on, 4-off pattern (0700-1900 and 1900-0700), with responsibilities including incident response, reporting, liaison with

Qualifications

• SIA Front-Line License required; CCTV license desirable.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong customer focus.
• Proficient IT skills including Excel and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily security team operations and ensure tasks are completed.
• Monitor surveillance and respond to breaches/incidents promptly.
• Lead, coach and assess team performance; manage reporting and timekeeping.
• Liaise with emergency services and law enforcement as needed.
• Inspect security equipment and ensure proper functioning.
