Job summary

Corps Security is seeking a highly skilled SIA Licensed Security Officer to maintain a secure site for staff and visitors. You will perform access control, inductions, patrols, and incident response in line with assignment instructions and Corps procedures.

The role requires strong communication, a customer-focused approach, and adherence to quality and safety documents, with ongoing training including first aid and fire marshal duties.

Qualifications

• A valid SIA Front-Line License - essential.
• A valid SIA CCTV License - desirable.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong customer focus.
• Able to achieve vetting to BS7858 Standards.
• Excellent IT Skills including Microsoft software such as Excel.

Responsibilities

• Maintain overall surveillance of the site and carry out regular patrols as required.
• Ensure all visitors and contractors sign in and out and are briefed on arrival.
• Record entry/exit of deliveries and process paperwork per quality procedures.
• Set and unset primary and secondary alarm systems for out-of-hours security when applicable.
• Complete daily occurrence logs, shift handovers, and incident/accident records as required.
