Qualifications

• Previous security experience is required.
• SIA licence is required (front-line) and must be renewed before expiry.

Responsibilities

• Delivering results that meet or exceed KPIs and SLAs to support contract retention.
• Complete all site tasks per published Assignment Instructions (AI's) and maintain compliance with policies and UK law.
• Refer to and review AI's to implement improvements in service levels.
• Ensure all required licences and mandatory training are current, including CCTV PSS SIA Licence where applicable.
• Maintain documentation, report incidents, and keep customers informed as part of incident reporting.
