Job summary

Mitie Group plc. is seeking a security officer to protect customer sites in line with Assignment Instructions and KPIs. You will be responsible for safeguarding people and assets, ensuring compliance with UK law, and maintaining incident records with accuracy.

The role requires an SIA licence and security experience, with own transport preferred for better site access and shift flexibility. A professional, proactive approach is essential to support both Mitie and the client.

Qualifications

• SIA license is required to work on site.
• Previous security experience is essential for this role.
• Own transport is preferred for site access and flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Protect customers' property, people and assets in line with Assignment Instructions and SLAs.
• Maintain compliance with UK law, policies and Safety requirements on site.
• Document incidents accurately and report to the Security Account Manager as required.
• Complete required competency training and renew licences before expiry.
• Support Mitie and client through professional conduct and timely check-ins.
