Mitie Group plc. is seeking a security officer to protect our customer's property, people and assets in line with site AI's and updates. You will aim to meet or exceed KPI/SLA targets, supporting contract retention and client satisfaction.

The role requires you to undertake ongoing training, renew front-line licences, and work in a professional, compliant manner in a security-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Previous security experience required.
• SIA License required.
• SC Clearance desirable.

Responsibilities

• Protect property, people and assets per AI's and changes.
• Meet or exceed KPI/SLA targets to help retain contract.
• Undertake additional training for continuous self-development.
• Maintain professional conduct and safety on site.
• Complete incident reports and communicate with the client.
