Qualifications

• Experience in security operations within a site context.
• SIA Licence holder with valid credentials.
• SC Clearance desirable for client access and sensitive areas.
• Drivers licence and own car needed for site mobility.

Responsibilities

• Comply with all policies and regulatory requirements as directed by the Security Account Manager and UK law.
• Complete all site tasks and duties on assignment instructions to the client’s satisfaction.
• Review and refer to Assignment Instructions, updating procedures to enhance service levels.
• Maintain required front-line licences (Security Guarding or Door Supervision) and CCTV PSS SIA Licence as contracted.
• Follow safety, legal obligations, and incident reporting protocols on site.
• Take instructions, act professionally, and manage tasks in a systematic, orderly manner.
• Ensure check calls occur at the allocated times and report incidents to the Communications Centre.
