Carlisle Support Services is looking for enthusiastic, reliable individuals to join our security team across client sites in the UK. We provide full training and ongoing support to help you succeed.

Your role includes ensuring safety, deterring crime, and engaging professionally with the public while following established security procedures. Training, a supportive team, and clear development paths are offered.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• SIA Guarding or Door Supervision licence.
• Full UK manual driving licence.
• 5 years checkable work and address history.
• Reliable, punctual, flexible, and smart in appearance.
• Friendly, approachable, and professional.
• Enthusiastic and motivated to do a great job.
• Experience in security or customer-facing roles is a plus.
• Able to interact with clients and customers positively.
• Team player with good people skills.

Responsabilités

• Ensure colleague safety and provide a reassuring presence.
• Provide a smart, visible, proactive security presence and deterrent.
• Effectively manage conflicts and control incidents.
• Conduct security patrols and manage access/egress to deter crime.
• Engage with the public in a proactive, professional manner.
• Respond to hazards and incidents appropriately.
• Direct customers and provide information as first point of contact.
• Follow safety and security processes and procedures.
• Work as part of a team and build strong working relationships.
