Qualifications

• At least 18 years old (required for licensable role).
• SIA Guarding or Door Supervision licence is essential.
• 5 years checkable work and address history.
• Reliable, punctual, flexible, and smart in appearance.
• Friendly, approachable, and professional.
• Enthusiastic and motivated to do a great job.
• Experience in security or customer-facing roles preferred.
• Able to interact positively with clients and customers.
• Experience working in a security environment and as part of a team.
• Good people skills and positive client interactions.

Responsibilities

• Provide a smart, visible, proactive security presence and deterrent.
• Control access and egress, conduct security patrols to deter crime.
• Effective conflict management and incident control.
• Engage with the public in a proactive, professional manner.
• Direct and guide customers as a first point of contact.
