Job summary

Carlisle Support Services is seeking motivated security personnel to join our team. You will conduct searches, assist customers, and uphold a safe, welcoming environment across venues and client sites.

Training will be provided; opportunity for progression exists within cruise operations. Applicants should hold an SIA SG or DS licence, have a minimum of 5 years of verifiable work history, and demonstrate reliability, flexibility, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles or willingness to develop those skills.
• Must be at least 18 years old with SIA licence (SG or DS).
• 5 years of checkable work and address history.
• Reliable, punctual, flexible, and smart in appearance.
• Friendly, approachable and professional at all times.

Responsibilities

• Conduct female searches as part of security duties.
• Provide guidance and a friendly point of contact for customers.
• Ensure safety and security of colleagues and customers; provide reassurance.
• Be proactive, smart and approachable as a security representative.
• Manage incidents effectively and remain calm under pressure.
• Conduct security patrols, control access points, and deter unauthorized activity.
• Build strong relationships as part of a supportive team.
