Kingdom Group is seeking Retail Security Officers for our Tesco partnership in Scunthorpe. The role offers flexible hours (0-40 per week) with a visible security presence to keep customers and staff safe.

You will patrol, deter theft, monitor premises, and report events while delivering excellent customer service. SIA licence required; previous security experience is a plus but not essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Patrol the store to ensure safety of customers and colleagues.
• Act as a visible deterrent to theft and anti-social behaviour.
• Monitor the premises and respond to incidents.
• Complete accurate reports and record observations.
• Support colleagues with store security requirements.
• Manage challenging situations calmly and professionally.
• Deliver excellent customer service at all times.
