Job summary

Kingdom Group, a trusted partner to Tesco, is hiring Retail Security Officers to join our Tesco Narborough site. You will help protect customers, colleagues and assets while delivering first-class service.

The role offers regular hours, weekly pay, an hourly rate of £13.72, and a flexible rota of five days out of seven, with shifts 6:00–00:00. A valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence is essential and own transport is preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence (essential).
• Own transport required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Professional, confident, and reliable approach.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and make sound decisions.
• Good attention to detail.
• Full flexibility to work shifts between 06:00 and 00:00, including weekends.
• Full 5-year checkable employment history.
• Previous retail security experience is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and colleagues.
• Act as a visible deterrent against theft, anti-social behaviour, and criminal activity.
• Conduct regular store patrols and security checks.
• Respond professionally to incidents and security concerns.
• Support loss prevention initiatives and stock protection measures.
• Complete accurate reports and maintain incident records.
• Liaise effectively with Tesco management and store colleagues.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a professional security presence.
