Mitie Group plc. is seeking an on-site security professional to protect customer property, people and assets in accordance with Assignment Instructions and site SLA requirements.

You will hold a front-line SIA licence (Security Guarding or Door Supervision) with CCTV where required, complete mandatory training, renew licences 16 weeks before expiry, stay compliant with UK law, perform duties systematically, report hazards and incidents, and act to maintain safe, secure premises.

Qualifications

• Previous security experience with on-site duties.
• SIA licence required (front-line) for guarding or door supervision, CCTV licence if applicable.

Responsabilités

• Deliver results that meet KPIs and SLAs to aid contract retention.
• Complete required competency training and ongoing professional development.
• Comply with UK law, site policies and Assignment Instructions (AI's).
• Renew front-line licences 16 weeks before expiry.
• Report hazards and incidents promptly; maintain incident notebooks.
• Call emergency services if required.
