Job summary

Corps Security is seeking a highly capable SIA licensed Security Officer to protect staff and visitors on site. You will perform access control, site inductions, patrols, and incident response while following escalation procedures with management and emergency services.

The role includes night shifts approximately 24 hours per week (Mon-Tue 2000-0800). A strong customer focus and IT literacy are essential, with ongoing training and development provided.

Qualifications

• SIA Front-Line License required.
• Excellent communication and customer focus.
• Ability to work nights and to deadlines.
• Willingness to comply with BS7858 vetting standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain site surveillance and carry out regular patrols.
• Brief visitors and contractors, ensuring sign-in/out.
• Record deliveries and manage related paperwork.
• Set/unset alarms for out-of-hours security provision.
• Follow Assignment Instructions and site quality procedures.
• Maintain training records and keep first aid/fire marshal knowledge up to date.
• Display SIA licence at all times.
• Perform ad hoc duties as directed.
