Job summary

Qualifications

• SIA licence required (DS or Security Guarding).
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to de-escalate and handle incidents professionally.

Responsibilities

• Deter theft and maintain a strong security presence across stores.
• Conduct regular patrols and monitor CCTV to identify risks.
• Respond promptly to alarms and incidents and escalate as needed.
• Complete accurate incident and observation reports.
• Assist store teams with security concerns and loss prevention.
• Provide a professional presence for customers and staff and assist with queries.
• Calmly de-escalate confrontations and uphold safety procedures.
• Follow site procedures and company policies at all times.
