Job summary

Haven is seeking a Security Team Member for its holiday park in the United Kingdom. You will join a 24-hour security operation as an SIA-licensed Door Supervisor, patrolling the site to keep guests and staff safe while facilitating a welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid SIA Door Supervisor (DS) license.
• Previous security experience in hospitality or leisure is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills, calm and professional under pressure.
• Willingness to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends and bank holidays.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol the holiday park to ensure safety and security for guests, owners and team.
• Control park access, ensuring only authorised individuals may enter.
• Respond promptly to incidents such as emergencies, alarms or guest concerns.
• Maintain accurate incident records and report to management.
• Provide friendly guest assistance and information when needed.
• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a safe and welcoming environment.
