Job summary

Haven is seeking a Security Team Member to help maintain a safe and secure environment for guests, owners and team members at the holiday park. You will be part of a 24-hour security operation, patrolling and assisting with park access and guest queries.

Ideal candidates hold a valid SIA DS license and have security experience, strong communication, and a proactive, service‑driven approach. Shifts include nights, weekends, and bank holidays; extensive training and team perks are provided.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid SIA Door Supervisor (DS) license.
• Previous security experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills in challenging situations.
• High attention to detail and observational skills.
• Flexible to work shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Commitment to delivering excellent service in Haven’s values.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol the holiday park to ensure safety and security for guests, owners and team.
• Assist in managing park access to permit only authorised individuals.
• Respond promptly to security incidents, alarms or guest concerns.
• Maintain detailed incident records and report to management.
• Provide friendly guest experiences and assist with information.
• Collaborate with team members and park functions to create a safe environment.
